NYT Spelling Bee 11-13-20 final

Not a bad middle-length puzzle to end the week!

Yesterday I missed some easy ones:
ALIT, ATILT were fine, apparently, but AROAR was not. Inconsistency for the loss.
ILIAC, LICIT, TALI, TILT

But a new word (or one I definitely don’t remember) to me happened!

CALLA: Either of two plants of the arum family.

I got stuck today a little shy of amazing, but I worked that out.

Final score: 22 words for 125 points.
Genius minimum: 110 points.
First word: CONTINUITY
Pangram: CONTINUITY
Words that don’t count but are there: INTUITION, TUITION, INTUIT, UNION.

About raabidfun

I'm a guy living the #raabidfun lifestyle. I figured I would create a blog about crossword puzzles I do. The idea is to do the NYT crossword and the WSJ crossword daily as much as I can. That includes when I don't finish and have clearly failed. They can be difficult. Also I am not an attorney, and any legal analysis in this blog reflects my interpretation, which means it can be flawed and should not be relied upon for use in legal matters (especially against me).
